Variable Data Labels

Variable data printing (VDP) is a digital capability which allows for a sequence of individually changing content such as numbers, graphics, words, colours or a combination. This process eliminates the traditional use of plates and is a tremendous time saver.

Variable data labels have become very popular due to the reduced costs, quicker lead-times and better printing quality. This feature can be used for any product. How to Get Started

Once the regular label information has been provided (size, colour, finish, etc.), all we need is a quantity, starting number/text and the data sequence. The variable data is commonly provided in an excel spreadsheet for us to process. This information is then digitally archived, allowing us to send it directly to the press, further resulting in less human error.

We kindly ask that the art is provided with the positioning of the variable information/barcodes. This allows us to follow the format throughout the entire process.
